As I've aged I have learned to keep the grizzly at bay, but that doesn't mean it's gone. Now, after almost 10 years removed from my previous career field, I have softened a little.

I currently live in SE Nevada and have a view of Lake Mead from my bedroom. A bedroom I am only in a few days each month, with the rest of the time spent in my truck crisscrossing the country. I would say 'it's a living' but it isn't what I call a life. A life is the time between your working hours spent with someone special. In other words, I haven't had a life in several years now.
